Menue AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze restaurant menus and provide personalized meal recommendations based on your dietary profile, health goals, and preferences.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Menue AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription and Payments
Menue AI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI system, uploading inappropriate content, creating multiple accounts, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Menue AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of FNLY Software Technologies and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Menue AI provides nutritional information and meal recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calorie counts or nutritional data. Our recommendations should not be considered medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
FNLY Software Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to health issues resulting from following meal recommendations.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Menue AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
